AI help
Create or sign in to an account, then turn on AI help during setup or in Settings. AI is optional; local task planning works without an account.
Trials and billing
See planned Pro pricing. Subscriptions and trials are disabled in the current app; the plan and trial menu is not available. If trials become available, a 14-day trial will start only after your explicit choice and need no card. If access ends, you can still read, export and delete your data.
If you have an existing subscription, manage it through the billing provider used for your purchase. For an Apple or Google subscription, use the originating store. Cancel it there before deleting your OneJob account if you want to stop renewal.
AI assistant connections
The planned connector workflow is a private pilot. Assistant connections are disabled in the current app; the AI assistants and approvals menu is not available. If enabled for a future pilot build, use that menu to review pending changes and connections, and revoke an unfamiliar connection immediately. If a task changes before you approve a proposal, ask your assistant to read it again and propose a fresh change. Contact support below with connection questions.
Task reminders
Turn reminders on or off in Settings. If you previously denied permission, enable notifications for OneJob in your device settings.
