Delete your account
You can permanently delete your OneJob account from the app: open Settings, choose Delete my data, type DELETE, then confirm.
Check your subscription first
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancel renewal in that store before deleting your account. OneJob cannot cancel a store subscription for you. When web subscriptions are enabled, account deletion attempts to cancel the linked web subscription first; a billing error must be resolved before deletion can finish. Contact support if you need help.
If you cannot use the app
Email xoxoadmin@gmail.com from the address connected to your OneJob account with the subject “OneJob account deletion request.” We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting an account.
What is deleted
Deletion removes the active Firebase Authentication account, the account’s active cloud profile and tasks, server-side AI usage counters, connection grants and credentials, pending assistant proposals and saved results, and the app’s local task copy on the device where deletion is confirmed.
Provider records
Payment providers may retain financial records under their own obligations. Removing the OneJob account does not erase purchases held by an app store or copies of task content in another assistant. Where purchase verification uses RevenueCat, contact support for the associated processor deletion request.
Records that may remain
Limited records, including an account identifier used to prevent stale account operations, may remain for security and service operations after deletion. Processor records, including content previously sent to OpenAI, are retained under the processor’s applicable terms. OneJob account deletion does not remove records held by other providers. Contact support with questions about retention or deletion. OneJob does not control an export or copy you sent to another app or device.
