Delete your account
You can permanently delete your OneJob account from the app: open Settings, choose Delete my data, type DELETE, then confirm.
If you cannot use the app
Email xoxoadmin@gmail.com from the address connected to your OneJob account with the subject “OneJob account deletion request.” We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting an account.
What is deleted
Deletion removes the active Firebase Authentication account, the account’s active cloud profile and tasks, server-side AI usage counters, and the app’s local task copy on the device where deletion is confirmed.
What may remain briefly
Deleted cloud task data may remain in access-controlled scheduled backups for up to 14 weeks before automatic expiration. Security and operational logs follow their separate service-provider retention schedules. OneJob does not control an export or copy you sent to another app or device. The deletion-request response timetable will be finalized before public launch.
