The planned Pro workflow uses your own assistant for reasoning, with OneJob as the shared home for tasks, steps and results.

  • Propose capturing a task from a conversation.
  • Find a task and read its plan and context.
  • Choose a next task using OneJob’s prioritization rules.
  • Propose saving a draft or updating a step.
  • Resume from reviewed results in a later conversation.

You make the call

Every change comes back to you.

An assistant can propose a change. You review the exact task, content and change in OneJob, then approve or reject it. Permission to connect never gives blanket permission to change your tasks.

A saved result is ready for your review. It is not proof that an email was sent, a purchase happened or another outside action was completed.

Active Pro or trial access is required. Availability also depends on your assistant’s connector support and account plan.

Open assistant settings →

  1. Check availability

    Open OneJob Settings → AI assistants and approvals. Join only if your assistant is configured for the pilot.

  2. Add OneJob in your assistant

    Where remote MCP connectors are supported, use this address:

  3. Review the connection

    Sign in to OneJob and review the assistant and requested permissions. Approve the connection only if you recognize it.

  4. Review each proposed change

    Follow the assistant’s OneJob review link. You can revoke the connection at any time in Settings.

Private by design

Only your account’s work

A connection can access your tasks under the permissions you approve. Task text and assistant results are not included in routine application logs. Your assistant provider processes information it receives under its own terms.

No separate agent to host

Keep using your own assistant. OneJob does not host a continuous autonomous runtime, send messages, make purchases or execute arbitrary outside actions through this connector.

A connection you can undo

Revoke access in OneJob Settings, even if your Pro access has ended. Revocation stops future OneJob access; it cannot remove information already copied into another provider’s conversation.
